Computer Products and Services

Connect-tek is an Authorized Reseller of computer products from Hewlett Packard / Compaq, Cisco, Microsoft, Microsoft Volume Licensing, Symantec, AVG, Computer Associates and others.

Our computer services include design and installation of local and wide area networking, ongoing service and support, and hardware maintenance and repair. We are an Authorized Service Provider for Hewlett Packard computer and printer products. We also service most other brands of PCs and printers.

We provide on-site or in-house service for a diverse client base that includes corporate, government, and education facilities of all sizes, as well as small business and individual users.

 

Telephone Systems

Connect-tek sells, installs, and supports IP , digital, and converged communications systems, and integrated phone and data systems. These systems may include automated answering, voice mail, and voice recognition systems.

We are Authorized Resellers for Toshiba Telecommunications IP and Digital Systems, AltiGen Communications’ IP-PBX systems, and Avaya Communications Partner ACS small business system.

Connect-tek also services older Lucent telephone systems that other dealers are not able to service.

 

Voice and Data Cabling

We provide professional design and installation of copper and fiber cabling systems for projects ranging from a few drops to those requiring several hundred. All work is done by our own certified installers. Most installations include accessories to provide the complete cabling infrastructure. These accessories typically include racks, patch panels, termination blocks, jacks, hubs, switches and routers. We furnish only the finest materials from Lucent, Belden, Bertek, Ortronics, Chatsworth, Cisco, 3Com, and others. As an Ortronics Authorized Dealer we can offer a 25year warranty on qualifying installations.
